Hotel Varese, Locanda Mai Intees, Charme Hotel, Romantic Hotel

The first six rooms were created in 1997, and six more were added in 2004.

All twelve rooms of the Locanda are furnished with refined taste and originality, and provide the most modern comforts.

The Main Rooms
Some of the rooms - two of which have a fireplace - have maintained the original furnishings and bear the names of the various grandmothers who once slept there: Francesca, Carla, Maria, Elisa and Amelia.

The marble bathrooms offer every modern comfort. Some come with both a bath and a turbo shower.

The Romantic Rooms

These rooms were added more recently. All are on two levels and have old oak beams and parquet floors. They are romantic, and appropriately named "Romeo", "Giulietta"- the suite - (a wooden balcony overlooks the garden), "Casanova" and "Valentino".

They all have antique wicker furniture, comfortable sofas upholstered in cretonne and Toile de Jouy with simple designs in soft shades, white crocheted cotton bed covers, delicate white net curtains trimmed with lace that once belonged to the owners' great grandmother, and seventeenth-century paintings depicting country scenes.

The overall effect is one of harmony, enhanced by the coffered wooden ceilings.

The Suite
The Suite overlooks the garden and is embellished by a small picturesque balcony the particularity of which has given it its name: "Giulietta".

The room also has a cosy fireplace , and the bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub.
